As a past or current customer using Trimble's positioning solutions, we are pleased to announce Trimble's recommendation of PSI Technics' ARATEC Positioning Solution System as the replacement for the ICS5000 (ICS).
Trimble exited the factory automation market in 2005 and no longer sells replacements or parts or offers in-field support for the ICS5000/TCS4000/Advanced Skew Control (ASC) product lines. However, Trimble continues to provide repair services for the ICS5000 through its Regional Service Center in Dayton, Ohio.

PSI Technics is run by Karl-Heinz Förderer, and North American operations are managed by Tom Anderson. Both Karl-Heinz and Tom are former Trimble employees and are well-trusted by Trimble.
