Increased motion path efficiency
The MA6000MC motion analyzer records acceleration, speed and travel distance of a positioning or conveyor system. The histogram operating mode shows how often those values are sampled during long-term motion analysis.
The MA6000MC motion analyzer was specifically developed for conveyor systems. Based on the optimization model of the FLP6000MC positioning algorithm, it offers a substantial increase in productivity in addition to providing a graphical representation of the system's motion profile.
The FLP600MC software considerably increases motion path efficiency, which not only leads to a faster and safer positioning process but also improves cycle times.
