Dear Valued Customer,
The safe and reliable operation of your facilities is of utmost importance. That is why we constantly develop new technologies and solutions to ensure that your systems keep running smoothly. But eventually, every technical module reaches the end of its product life, as is the case with our current ARATEC controller, which will be replaced with a next generation model. This will not affect our services in any way.
The next generation ARATEC controller includes improved electronics but has the same structural design to ensure that current devices can easily be replaced with the latest model without the need for any mechanical modifications. The controller interfaces, the design and the controller bus modules remain the same. Replacing a current model with a next generation ARATEC controller only requires a firmware upgrade.
If you would like to continue using the current model and keep it in stock at no additional charge, you can still order the current ARATEC controller (part number 10905) until December 18, 2020.
Orders placed after December 18, 2020 will automatically include the next generation ARATEC controller (part number 12074) and the flat fee that is required for the firmware upgrade.
The next generation ARATEC controller is available immediately and can be ordered as a spare device and/or for upcoming modernization projects.
1.
If you would like to replace an older model with the next generation ARATEC controller,
we would be happy to provide a quote. For a flat fee, we also transfer the data from your existing ARATEC controller to the latest model and upgrade your controller firmware. This ensures that the latest generation ARATEC controller can be taken into service immediately and you benefit from an easy and cost effective replacement.
2.
If you would like to keep the existing ARATEC controller in stock and install the next generation model at a later date,
please contact us. We would be happy to prepare a quote for you. The current ARATEC controller model can be ordered until December 18, 2020.
3.
If you need a spare ARATEC controller and prefer to switch to the latest firmware right away,
our service team will prepare a quote for the new controller model. For a flat fee, we will also transfer the data from your existing controller and take care of the software upgrade. Your Advantage: Quick and easy replacement of your existing device with a next generation ARATEC controller.
4.If you are you looking to equip a new facility with the ARATEC system,
we will assist you from start the finish. For new installations we will always use the latest available technology. We will work with you to prepare a custom quote that perfectly meets your needs and provides maximum added value.
