In February 2015, Trimble informed PSI Technics they will no longer provide service and support for its discontinued ICS5000 positioning systems. This means that anyone still using the ICS5000 or its predecessors for positioning control of stacker cranes, bridge cranes, transfer cars and other rail-guided vehicles is at substantial risk since there are no spare parts available worldwide.
PSI Technics is your competent partner and I would like to assure you that PSI Technics will continue to leverage our global success in upgrading customers from the Trimble positioning products to our ARATEC positioning solution. We have upgraded over 400 customer applications worldwide in 11 countries and our customers are very happy with their results.
